  • All designs, branding, and content on this site are Moo & Co. Originals—not up for grabs! No copying, no stealing, and absolutely no passing off our work as your own. We work hard to make things fabulous, so let's keep it that way.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Our prices are in GBP (£) and include all necessary taxes—no sneaky surprises.

  • Payments must be completed at checkout, because we’re not about IOUs.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if something’s fishy, so play nice!

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We work hard to get your goodies moo-ving fast, but processing times vary and will be detailed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times? They're exactly that—estimates! We’re not magicians, but we’ll get your order to you as quickly as possible.

  • If your parcel is taking an extended detour, blame the carrier. We’ll do our best to help, but once it’s out the door, it’s out of our hands!

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Got a defective or damaged item? No worries—contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we’ll sort you out.

  • Custom and personalised items? These are made just for you, so unless they arrive faulty, they’re non-refundable.

  • We’re here to make your life more fabulous, but we’re not responsible for any indirect or accidental chaos resulting from your use of our site or products.
